Why I love Achmed Jeff And Walter The Most
Jeff Dunham has managed to do the impossible, well in my eyes anyway! He has created Achmed. Jeff is an absolute legend in that he has managed to target a form of comedy that many people thought was dying out.
Firstly Achmed and Walter and my favorite ventriloquist dummies at the moment, and Jeff is one of my top 3 favorite comedians – I also enjoy watching Lee Evans – but that’s another story!
Anyway here are the reasons why I think Achmed Jeff and the rest are just awesome:
Achmed is basically an incompetent suicide bomber, a failed one at that – and a touchy subject at worst – so you can imagine how people react when this subject is approached with humor – they love it! He doesn’t even realise it when he is dead – he calls it a flesh wound. Durrhhh!
Jeff is a comedy master and really has done wonders to revive this art of making it look like a plastic and fabric and wooden character is alive and communicating with the rest of the world and his surroundings. These truly are great puppets.
Walter is a retired grumpy old man who will literally have you in stitches. he sits with a squashed up face and his arms crossed, so you can imagine what sort of encounter you will have when he comes out to see you.
Every time I sit down to watch one of the Jeff Dunham DVD‘s I ALWAYS come away smiling and feeling good about myself. Why?
Well it’s a very good and well rehearsed routine that shows when you see it. Jeff, on his worldwide tours actually makes the effort to study the area he is visiting and local stores so he can approcah these in his routines – it really does made a big difference.
Achmed Jeff and Walter (and the rest of his troupe - Bubba J, Jose The Jalapeno Pepper, Melvin The Superhero, Peanut and Sweet Daddy Dee) really do create a performance that will leave you smiling and glad you watched it.

Achmed The Dead Terrorist Wows In Caesars Windsor
Jeff Dunham, one of the worlds top paid comedy acts is no dummy. He continues to wow audiences all around the world and this time it was in the Caesars Windsor venue.
His routines tend to follow a proven line, a line that has proven to be immensely popular, so whay change a good thing huh?
For a 47 year old Texan comic, this is a great time of life to be in.
He’s the unblemished star of numerous tv Comedy Network special shows, top selling DVD sets, TV talk shows and the concert stage.
On Saturday, he kept around 5,500 guests at Caesars Windsor in stitches for more than 90 minutes using some of his best-known wooden sidekicks.
Due to the fact that the stage is such a large area, they had to use oversized tv screens to get the show in front of the fans.
When Jeff got out Bubba J, his NASCAR-loving dummy, the guests ended up shouting out the lines. How good is that!
Bubba J remarked: “Who’s the dummy here? The audience knows your act better than you do.”
lol!
Others to put in an appearance Saturday were Walter the retired old fuddy duddy who is the grumpiest man alive, plus the crazy Peanut, with purple fur and a green tuft of hair on his head, and the then Jose the Jalapeno pepper on a Stick. He’s a large hot pepper with a Mexican accent who is taunted by Peanut.
So of course for us fans this is all good continuing news that this top rated act continues to evolve and entertain.

Achmed The Dead Terrorist
achmed the daed terrorist is one of those really funny comedy characters that makes you enjoy watching your TV set time and time again. I mean what is really any more funny than a ventriloquists dummy who wants to constantly kill you?
Silence, I kil you!
Hmm I think he would have a hard time considering he just just nothing but a bag of bones with a turban wrapped around his skull.
When Jeff Dunham asks why Achmed is all bones, he says that a premature detonation caused his unfortunate accident, but thankfully only left him with a flesh wound.
Take a look at the latest stuff from the Jeff Dunham show, aired on the comedy Central TV network for now, until they cancel it next year sadly. Many fans have said this is a huge mistake as Achmed and Jeff have literally gone on to be one of the most popular comedy acts ever.
So, for now, Achmed is simply carrying on entertaining people all around the world with his hilarious quips and routines, as well as continuing to develop new content all of the time alongside Jeff and his other funny characters we enjoy watching like Walter and Jose the Jalapeno pepper.. lol!
Merchandise sales continue to do extremely well from DVD’s and other stuff, so a slong as he is around I will always recommend him.

Is it possible that he has successfully managed to approach the touchy subject of terrorism in a funny way?
Maybe it’s the fact that Achmed is deliberately very dumb and stupid and his goofy attitude is so funny.

Achmed The Dead Terrorist is one of those funny guys you just love to watch and have a great old laugh to. And why not? What can be funnier than a skeleton dummy who just looks funny and stupid all at the same time?
Silence, I keel you!

If you are a huge fan of Achmed then you will love the latest stuff on Jeff Dunhams comedy show. Achmed The Dead Terrorist
Many comedy outfits come and go. They have a good year or two and the tend to fizzle out to just doing second rate comedy routines over time with the occasional bit of news about them. Jeff Dunham’s Achmed the Dead Terrorist is still one of the funniest things you will ever come across and I predict they will still be incredibly funny in another 5 to 10 years.
Why do I say this?
Well for a start they are innovative and in just a short space (conceived around 2003) Achmed and Jeff have gone on to become one of the highest grossing comedy routines in the USA.
Achmed has come out with dozens of one liners that he is now well known for and has become a legend in his own right. This is a proven thing. Achmed is now offered in many shapes and guises from mobile phone ringtones that are advertised on the TV to wallpapers, talking dolls, DVD box sets and mp3 files.
There is no reason that Achmed cannot go on easily for another 5-10 years as long as he keeps on coming out with funny routines, and I don’t see that ever stopping.
His DVD and merchandise sales recently grossed $5 million so that goes some way to show how immensely popular he still is.
Besides his amazing comedy stuff done to date he is still producing some fantastically funny new stuff every day. He has got a new series of the Jeff Dunham show out on the comedy central channel which is fantastic.
So for an unforgettable laughter filled evening or afternoon I strongly suggest that you look towards Achmed the dead terrorist and Jeff Dunham as your next source of a great laugh.
